The guy and his great-grandfather look VERY similar considering how related they are. The only reason the great-grandson looks like shit in comparison is thanks to camera angle and distance, lighting and quality. Both he and his ancestor are MTNs facially.

If you look at it closely and compare it to his ancestor it's pretty much the same. The main reason he looks like a nearcel is because the angle and lighting in that photo suck. If the photo had been professionally taken like his great-grandfather’s he would look normie.
