ASD victimhood is now being "stolen" by foids?

I don't have ASD, but my presumption is that it would be frequently diagnosed in the incel community.
Whatever little general knowledge i do possess also indicates to me that its largely a male problem.

i have seen a plethora of psychology videos on youtube now claiming that it affects females as well, but "differently" and that the research to date has been very sexist and only focused on men.

it seems as if they want to reject the idea of a spectrum of social functionality and apply a blanket label of autism and claim a mass misdiagnoses/non-diagnoses among females.

I have a theory that this might be absolute garbage. the behavior characteristics that are claimed seem to be more akin to social laziness and general manipulative behavior (getting other people to do things for them). I have a feeling that this also might have something to do with the overwhelming majority of females in psychology associations and decision making bodies. (remember the APA and toxic masculinity?)

it not so much the fact that they claim that it affects girls more that research indicates thats worrisome, but the fact that they claim that women are affected in "different ways" which don't really seem to be socially limiting. I also come across "women learn to normalize themselves because they develop faster and better than males". Its almost like they're saying "im a victim, but im not a victim but my victim hood is more of a struggle than any other boys victimhood"... this seems a lot more like femininininism than psychology.

I would like to know more about this.... or am i off the bat completely?

Too many info about autism are on foids despite it being a male majority disorder. Everytime I see a article about someone with autism and the person turns out to be a foid I leave.

Foids are subhumans and not worthy of the autist title.

In terms of SMV it's not a big hit for women, there's a case for saying that the shyness and awkwardness that comes with mild autism makes them endearing to a certain kind of man. All the other stereotypical traits of mild autism are things men will tolerate to get some coochie. For men on the other hand, it's a death sentence if it's not paired with Chad-tier looks. There is no gym, there is no surgery for an autistic brain.

If it affects them in "different ways" then it's not the same condition so don't pretend it is.

If it's not socially limiting it's not actually a disorder or disability so don't pretend it is.

just like they want equality without having to do the shitty menial male dominated jobs, they want to be able to reek the "benefits" of being autistic without actually being autistic themselves. Ironic considering an actually autistic male would never be able to receive any kind of sympathy for his unfortunate condition, but foids are able to as long as they fake having it.
