Inceldom is by definition not getting laid despite wanting to (for an extended amount of time). Between truecel tier where it is definitely over and being a normie there is a huge span. For most of us, the blackpill should be understood as the odds being badly (and unfairly) stacked against us, but not that ascension is impossible.

I managed to kinda ascend by lowerstandard-maxxing.
All day im hanging out with failed normies, degenerates and trannies, last few months i don't even have time to play video games or watch youtube much. Idk if you can call that ascension, but it feels nice not being lonley and having people to connect with, now if only i can get my sexual needs met on a consistent basis... :/

Human interactions are well described by normal distributions (skewed ones too). Inceldom truly is a numbers game, the question is, at which level do we define true inceldom?
First idea for a definition:
Given that an average human might have interactions with about N number of humans (say 10,000) , half that are women, and about halve that will be women at an age that could potentially be romantically interested to him, lets call it W= N/4. Given the option to accept a date with you, which is the percentage P of women would agree to give you a chance (aka you pass their lower boundary for looks (dateability condition)).
A true incel is defined, as any male for which that percentage P < 0.5* W , AKA the probability of him meeting a woman throughout his life that would date him is lower than 50%.

Given some numbers (N = 10000) and using tinder to correlate the dateability condition to the attractiveness ranking (in %) you get something like about 2% of all males are true incels according to this definition.
