You just gotta do it slowly and then work your way up, as an example, if you coom more than once a day, then just coom once for two weeks, then progress to cooming once every other day, and so on. Eventually, you'll be able to go about a week or two without cooming, with no major cravings or issues. I personally do a "coom day" once a week (for me, it's sundays) where i can coom as much as i want, and then i spend the whole week without watching porn or masturbating. It makes me a tad more enthusiastic and energetic through the week.
