Incel means, as you very well know, involuntary celibate. As incel gets tossed in the "men bad" word salad along with: "cis male", "mysoginistic", "opressor", "violent" etc etc. we will see more and more shit like "woah, your boyfriend is such an incel for not allowing you to whore with us at the club". Normies take a word with a negative connotation and will shout it to anyone who they deem "bad" or "evil". The same is already happening with chad, a meme born on the incelosphere used to denote top tier men now just means "good". When we here say chad, we mean a top tier man, but normands think chad is a man that does something good or is virtuous (halo pill btw).
That has many effects, one of which is that, the more it's used as an insult and degraded to a salad insult, it will be less impactful. This is because the word is "normalized" and it enters into the normands' subconscious, making it familiar i.e. less dangerous.
Look at the word terrorist, it used to be a very VERY dangerous word to throw around due to the stigma it carried. It's a word only selective organizations like ISIS received, but nowadays, it gets thrown around in this media war like it means nothing.
TLDR: the more a word is used to insult, the less impact it has, and incel will be the same.
