I've been perusing the steam store and there's very few games that seem interesting, nothing in particular I'd part with my money for.

If you want some games to play, here's my suggestions of good games: Factorio, Rimworld, Slay the Spire, Oxygen not included (too hard for me tbh), Terraria, Stardew Valley.

And these are a maybe: Starbound maybe if you mod it enough, Civilization is good but I think their pricing is too expensive even for older games in the franchise, Satisfactory but it's still in early access and it's only a -10% so maybe wait a year or two,

I heard it's barebones man. Almost a decade of development and it's empty. I don't trust the devs anymore, I'd stick with modding the 1st game.

They also have a torrent site, I use it for the big games that would be a pain in the ass to download in 5 gb increments. Though nowadays I prefer indie games that are smaller in size anyway.

After playing it for about 100 or so hours, It definitely does feel pretty barebones like you say (especially given it's development time).
It's literally a prettier version of Warband with some new features but I don't know, I still like it after having spent hundreds of hours in Warband.

-Doom for like $5

There are tons of games that are 50% or 75% off but they are still $25+ dollars. I prefer to buy games when a definitive edition comes out and they are like 10 or less. i know i will play those games but not in a rush. for something like cyberpunk im probably going to buy that at full price
 
I don’t know if eu4 dlcs are on sale but yeah I’ll get them. Other than that I might get DayZ.

They are on sale, but I suggest a DLC unlocker anyway. Fuck Paradox and their DLC bullshit.

Yeah I went through a period of playing a lot of Pokemon too for some reason. Went through so many romhacks. It made no sense though, they're all the same boring shit essentially, why did I waste so much time on them?

At least play an emerald romhack, why stick with vanilla? Gaia is good.
