i would say that i am more sad than angry usually. i dont get angry too much anymore and just feel miserable most of the time about how bad everything is. i get angry when drunk sometimes though.

Angry for sure. My patience isn't what it used to be, so I'm very jaded / tired (mentally) and honestly would rather just punch a whore in the face, snap a simp's neck, etc. But sadness? Not really. I haven't shed a tear over this shit in years... you become numb after a while. That sadness turns to anger and jadedness. That's when you're in a real trouble.

Angry easily. It's not only about inceldom but lack of freedom as a NEET loner. Couldn't move abroad, can't have my desired hobby, can't get a good PC, can't decorate my apartment so it would be comfortable, no access to weed while normies consume shitton of it in my country. When I try to fix my situation, it only leads to dead end. I’m angry 24/7 due to no teen love
I struggled with depression for years. Nowadays I don't feel sad. But I developed anger issues since 2024. Sometimes I'm so angry I become lightheaded. It's exhausting.

Most of the time I feel neutral with pangs of extreme rage every few hours. Sadness is relatively rare, maybe once a week.
