So the fact that corporations want to put their employees under surveillance is a logical consequence of the liberal model which only cares about perpetual growth in terms of profit. The problem is that sooner or later we're going to reach a peak, because we live in a world of finite resources, and the fall is likely to be harsh.

Yes I always feel envious of when I heard about my peers climbing their career ladders I don't think I can get a career as I am a mentally disabled and nobody would ever trust me with responsibilities. I have to find some casual work or strike gold and miracle become rich. I have no idea what to do anymore. It's over for me in that aspect. And many other aspects.
One of the jobs I had I literally worked next to the robot that they wanted to replace us lmao. Shit was retarded and they had to fly engineers from Germany to fix it every other week. By now though I bet it is perfected, they no longer have that branch of the company open anymore, because they must have bought many robots that fully replaced the human labour force.
Oh and I was so dumb I thought the manager actually cared if I came in or not I even submitted a two week notice to her by email and she didn't even reply lmao I doubt anyone cared at all.
