I can speak with average/below average women no problem but with attractive women I flat out avoid talking to when possible. The only time I can chat with them (if they are attractive) with no problems is if there is some part of their personality I don't like.

I'm kind of lucky that when I'm being quiet, girls often assume its because I'm deep in thought or see it as a sign of confidence when its really just anxiety lol
