Any way you look at it, the most distinctive characteristic a human being possesses is the ability to override the natural impulses and instincts through rational thought and introspection -man has done so through the creation of advanced societal interactions, rules and restrictions on the animalesque. Can women even be considered human if their whole reproductive strategy, and by extention, their whole mode of living is an evidence that they are chronically unable to control their biological impulses? They never suffered the sheer evolutionary pressure men did. They seem more akin to a physiologically subhuman support symbiont that enables reproduction and not much more.
