Let's assume for a moment that men are sentient and women are not, in the sense that sentience = beings that are capable of consciousness.
This would explain everything. This is the answer the blackpill brushes upon.
Women are not capable of sentience. They have no inner voice, they do not consciously guide their decisions. Rather, they make decisions almost entirely based upon emotion, and do nothing except follow their biological imperatives.
While men invent, women long for sex with an attractive male.
Male philosophers wildly outnumber female "philosophers".
While men thrive, women simply survive.
Men build and create while women simply exist.

While men stray from the collective mind, fight wars, build nations, women simply exist.

Women do some insanely illogical things that the vast majority of men would not. Even across men, cucked and blackpilled, most of us would agree that we would rather be with, for example as an unrealistic hypothetical, an average-looking foid that is loyal and loves us (lol) than a Stacy who would cheat on us, cuck us, abuse us, leave us and possibly kill us. Yet foids will jump on the chance for some serial killer Chad dick while passing over even average-looking normies.

Medically yes, because men can suffer severe brain damage that leaves them with mental retardation or even in a vegetable state. Food for thought, many Chads play high contact sports, but these sports feature many opportunities for kinetic forces to impact on the head, which causes small amounts of brain damage over time. Well for starters men aren’t a race and the reason for a woman paying greater attention to reproduction stems from the fact that they not only have a limited window for which they can produce healthy offspring but also because reproduction as a whole takes up a large amount of their time and energy. A man is able to pump and dump and go on about his business as if it never happened (ignoring societal factors) however a woman will have to spend the next 9 months carrying a baby as it grows and developes. The child will take nurisment from its mother and also leave her with drastically reduced mobility along with an array of other hinderances.

After going into labor and finally delivering the baby, they will then have to take care of it until it is able to feed and protect itself. During this time, they will be helpless as they will need someone to provide for them during this time. The solution: a male provider. Due to the large role they play in providing resources and protection, a woman will be focused on snagging one for herself with a preference for the one that will do his job most effectively. This need manifests itself as them to worrying more about everyday problems and trivial issues in regards to life because they have higher priorities in mind than abstract thought and metaphysical musings.

Sentience is very hard to define and confirm. A robot might seem sentient if its programmed well enough and you ask the right questions even if its not one of those hyptothetical supercomputer artificial intelligences. I beleive sentience to be highly connected to your ability to observe yourself from the outside perspective, imagination and your control over emotions.
The fact alone that a lot of people lack the ability to visualize objects and memories and instead only can remember things like ''at that moment I were angry'' and the words ''he pushed me'' (just an example) and not the actual events speaks to my theory of the different kinds/levels of sentience.
If someone is utterly incapable of seeing things from other perspectives other than their own, cant imagine certain things, and more imporantly their entire trains of thought are affected by their emotions is that person not less sentient than the person who's opinions and thoughts remain the same wether he is mad or sad?
I for one find it weird how one's thoughts can be so affected by their spur of the moment feelings are that they will not think twice about making absolutely ridiculus arguments they otherwise wouldnt have. I think it's a bit like free will and kids who ''were born gay'' but were subjugated to hours of gay propaganda and where then molested. They might THINK that they were born gay, always felt that way and that its natural but at the end of the day their entire personality and sexuality is based around how others molded them. It is only after you go an extended period of time of isolation that you become fully sentient, and its very rare for women to go trough this. Imagine each time you argue something a lot of people will not call you out on it, you never have to work hard to find a partner, you never have to go looking for a job, you never read a single thing about philosophy or went ''what if I were wrong about this and have been wrong from the very start''.
