are there actual stories of the FBI knocking on someones door for threatening to go ER?

I already know about that one story of the 4channer that threatened a cop. but that was because he lived near by the cop and it was a specific person he threatened. is there a story where some one posted some thing like "ill go ER lolololo" on a forum and then that person got arrested?

They wouldn't be arrested for it, but the cops frequently come talk to people who make threats, yeah...

There was a dude a few months ago who kept threatening to kill the president, and the FBI came and talked to him...- and unfortunately they also killed him, LOL because he pulled a gun on them, but that wasn't the original plan-
