But it is not the will or the sentiment of the majority of the people, rather a result of jews having power either publicly or covertly, and people being blackpilled/apathetic. Russian culture experienced it after the English and the French, slightly before Germans and long before Americans.
Most important roles in the Civil War were played by ethnics who wanted autonomy, while the majority of the people were occupied fighting the Germans or not participant / just following orders. Those very few that did it conciously were falsely promised something completely different, as always with the jewish brainwashing. Look no further than MAGA movement for an example.
For the Russian civil war it was 1. Ending war 2. Using state wealth for better food availability 3. More rights for local independence
