I find the idea of being obsessed with somebody and controlling them very appealing and comforting. Imagine somebody loving you so much that they'd do anything to preserve your relationship and happiness. Why is it considered a form of domestic abuse to be obsessive with your partner and monitor them?

You don't pass the looks criteria for it to be hot. They would find it disturbing.

I know a woman who’s controlled by her bf like that, he doesn’t let her leave without him and even has a gps tracker on her phone to know where she’s at at all times. The guy is mental. She’s out of his league but she’s naive and sheltered hasn’t seen the world yet. He’s super afraid of letting her loose.
