From what I have read the most important reasons are:
1. Testosterone level has dropped more than 50% since 50' in men and it's still going down, so because of that we have less mascular bodies and faces
2. Also the estrogen is going up in our bodies because of the microplastic everywhere and regular plastic (when you touch the BPA product your skin absorbs a micro elements of it, and plastic produces estrogen in our body). And more estrogen means more feminine face and body (for example wider pelvis, narrower shoulders)
3. Due to a modern diet high in sugars we are also fatter than before, and estrogen is also "stored" in larger quantities with bigger bodyfat
4. Our fetal period which determines how we will look like in the future not so much less than our genes is also worse than in older generations - our mothers when they were pregnant were statistically older, more fat, more stressed out (due to economic or societal reasons), after the birth we were breastfed for a shorter period, we ate poorer quality food etc. Basically if your hormones are fucked during your first development period of your life (0-10 years old) then it's over because it's like trying to build later a stable house on some bad fundament like sand.
