Jfl if we are

Put on this earth to live and we want out

While it has not been proven that non-human animals do, or even can, die by suicide, many animals behave in ways that may seem suicidal. There are anecdotes of animals refusing to eat in periods of grief or stress. Some social insects have been known to defend their colony by sacrificing themselves.

yeah we are the only species smart enough to understand what mortality is

Some have similar behaviors, but nothing outright suicidal.

Many other animals can be depressed tho their suicide wouldn't be the same as a Humans would

Many animals are aware that they can die. Maybe they can't conceptualize it the way we can, as they're not sentient, but they are aware that they are mortal. Dogs, for example, who hunt with their masters and have seen them use guns for hunting, whimper and tremble when a gun is pointed at them.
