I agree that there are 2 types. Parents who make their kids fat are cruel, because they either spend the rest of their lives fat or are forced to lose it later in life. I think the second variation of coping with food and getting fat is less common, but it happens.First of all I want to make a distinction between different types of fatcels. There are ones who were ugly when they were skinny, so their life brutalized them to the point that they coped with food. These ones are truecels, no doubt. There are the others, which I think is the majority, that have been fat their whole life. They were victims of neglectful or ignorant parents. Most of these users have never seen what they look like underneath the fat and have never known if they have potential to ascend.
As an ex fatcel, I've leanmaxxed since then. My overall quality of life has improved and I feel better overall, but Im still short. Would I say leanmaxxing didn't matter because I'm still an incel? Well no, I prefer not being fat to being fat so its a plus.This is why I call fatcels "Schrodingers Incel", or rather "Schrodingers Truecel". Fatcels are incels, no doubt, because they fit the definition. They want sex, they can't get it. Doesn't matter if you are fat or not, if you fit that definition, you are an incel. Truecels, on the other hand, are already lean and have that brutal treatment at their best. Fatcels are simultaneously incels but still have extremely high potential to ascend. I would guarantee you at least 90 percent of fatcels on this forum, including me, probably wouldn't be posting here if they weren't fat since a young age.
Is there anything you plan on doing to lose the weight aside from gymmaxing? Personally I went the fasting route and it has showed some incredible results.Fellow fatcels may be able to relate: the feeling that maybe you could actually put in the work and people would treat you differently. Fantasizing about losing weight and not being treated like a subhuman anymore. I can't even rest easy knowing it's completely over, because there is a slight chance it isn't, and that is true for the vast majority of fatcels. I am not putting too much hope in this though, of course. Hope is my enemy. I have accepted the possibility, and actually even feel that it is more likely that I am still a truecel underneath the fat.

I am eating mostly protein and below 1500 calories at a height of 170-175 cm, along with going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I only really started focusing more on my eating habits a week ago though, my first goal was to get consistent with gymcelling for about a month. Will make another post about it around December.Is there anything you plan on doing to lose the weight aside from gymmaxing?
Personally I went the fasting route and it has showed some incredible results.

I wanted to ask, because I feel like most people are convinced into believing that when it comes to losing weight, the work out and time spent in the gym exhausting yourself is what aids the most when it comes to losing weight. These exercises may help build muscle and resistance for them, but then those same people try to "make up" for what they think they lost in their workout and so they end up eating more. I started doing OMAD (one meal a day). I ate 1 big meal in the middle of the day every 24 hours. In-between the first hours or days you may feel extreme hunger. This is just your bodies way of telling you that its running low and it may have to start running on its 'reserves'. At that point the hunger begins to subside and your body begins to use its 'reserves' (fat) for energy.Seems interesting. I have tried fasting and I find that I feel much better when eating 3 small meals a day, but I am not against it. Will start doing some fasts in the near future. Any details about your experience with it?

This is why places like planet fitness have "donut/pizza days". They understand their consumer base. This is something that redpillers forget to mention. These gyms want your money first and foremost. They want to keep their own customers in a state of limbo with their own weight so they spend more time in the gym burning off the food they just ate, and making it so that these gyms continue to make a profit off of them. If these gyms really did care about their own customers weight and health, they would tell them to switch their diet or fast instead of serving them free donuts. There is no money to be made in pushing fasting. Healthy people aren't profitable.
