It's Over Apparently you need to eat 100g protein every day to be able to get big/muscular

I feel like I would still struggle. My frame and muscle genetics...

1 Gram of Protein Per Pound of Your Body Weight. Eat lots of fiber.
 
Protein powder and meat will do this easily. Just supplement the protein shakes with a base of regular food based protein to get results. Not hard.
 
If you have the time to cook for yourself then being poor shouldn't hold you back from making gains. What do you mean by simple meals?

I buy TVP in bulk and cook it with my oatmeal

Wheat gluten powder works too. Also cheap and easy to buy in bulk

Beans and lentils are also dirt cheap and easy to make in a pressure cooker

Chicken breast is overpriced due to the insane demand from coping gymcels and normslime.

bodybuilders recommend 1g of protein per 1lb in bodyweight.
 
When I gymcelled, I ate like ~70g-120g/day due to my diet being pretty much only meat and small amounts of carbs. Was doing pretty decent, however good looking shoulder gains were still kind of hard for me to get for some reason (I did improve shoulder muscles drastically, but I saw literally no difference in physical muscularity). Either way, it's cope. I only worked out to try to get girls. What a fucking joke.

Yeah, it can lead to skin problems (mainly acne). Also gas and bloating for the lactose-intolerant. Dairy in general does this, but milk is one of the worst offenders.
 
I never followed those recommendations but still put on a reasonable amount of muscle mass.
