Every time I wanna sleep, and try to sleep, I get more energised and can't sleep.

Every time I play games until it's 4 am I get sleepy and sleep normally.

No matter what I do I always end up staying awake till fucking 4 or something. I have an appointment in a few hours and I went to bed at 10 pm, couldn't sleep for shit and now it's 4 am. What is this life.

happens often, for example when i'm going back to a normal sleep schedule, it's around 11:40 pm and i'm slightly tired, i deprive sleep and get some energy boost and only go to sleep at 4 or 6 am
 
It could be your body’s internal clock being off, or maybe you’re just too stressed to relax. If you have an appointment soon and didn’t get any sleep, maybe try a quick nap, but don’t sleep too long or you’ll feel drowsy later.


For tonight, try some home remedies to help you unwind. Drink something warm like chamomile tea or warm milk. Lavender oil is another great option; put some on your pillow or diffuse it in your room to promote relaxation. If you can, take an Epsom salt bath to help relax your muscles, or use a warm compress on your forehead or neck. Deep breathing or meditation can really help calm your mind and prepare you for sleep. Make sure to avoid caffeine or heavy meals close to bedtime, and create a relaxing atmosphere in your room by dimming the lights, keeping the room cold, and making sure it’s quiet.

Yes and I got it. It was a horrible fucking day and I threw up in the backseat of the drivers car. Fuck my life. The driver was some Syrian refooogee retard who drove like a maniac.
