Whatever the server is, just like the incels.is but incels.is is a bit more fancy with dns and https and stuff bit more complicated but that's the easiest way to put it for my drunk ass, but lets say i host an IRC chat on my own intetrnet connection it would just be my IP something that eveyone can see even the mods or site owner you just connect it like any other server via apps like mirc or other apps, i could go into more detail but that would be too much for one post brocel

its really cool its just simple text its not fancy its very old like beginning of internet days but lots of people with less censorship it doesn't support all the fancy features but you can host your own and avoid cenorship, tor, i2p, freenet, gopher and other things are great for this, i like this site but i feel like we are too known and too watched we should use the tech we have available to us to be able to say what we want without fear of issues
