It is actually fairly easy to create yourself.

I personally don't think I could handle the substance. I'm not a particularly stable person, and I've had past trauma. I don't want to resurrect those things, and be stuck in a hell.

I went into a psychotic state from LSD, so DMT is off the table for me.

I know people who've tried it. They said they've felt a presence in the room sitting looking at them. It only lasts about 15 mins but it's a heavy intense trip.
