Serious Anyone remember the details of their fist approach?

^^^ Mine's was a girl named Karen back in the 7th grade. Poorcel all my life but it was the worst and most embarrassing around this time. Over-sized Walmart clothes and shoes, no consoles, no PC, no internet, no phone, no friends, section 8 housing etc... Basically 0 confidence, but I was naive and thought companionship was achievable by simply putting yourself out there. Nothing exciting happened when I asked her I just got a flat "no", and to try to save some face I started doing that shit were I tried to say it was a dare/joke, big mistake, then that flat no turned into a 5 min lecture that put me off for years. Keep in mind poor as shit (American standards) what would we even have done had she said yes? Invite her over to my shithole? Being poorcell sucks. Anyone else got a story?
