You have to memorize to many rules, have to pay for instruction, and what for? You can’t even drive until you get insurance which is too much for men unless you’re 30.

brutal, yeah i hear their pretty strict with regulation up there. at least its probably got good public transport, apart from the crack addicts and such
Get on some rural roads and try test driving your parents car with them with you (hopefully they have a car). That’s exactly how I learned. My dad let me drive on country roads when I was 13 and he rode in the passenger seat in case anything went wrong.
You don’t wanna go cold turkey into city driving or it’s too overwhelming. Start small and easy
