Try to find video examples of guys before/after surgery. I've never seen an example of where a guy went from ugly to good looking.
My base is extremely shit and I’ll probably need 4-5 surgeries to merely look human. Till I’m done with all of them I’ll be 35 JFL even if I miraculously became somehow normal looking I’d still be unwanted in the dating market.

Yes and yes. Depends on your original score, let's say you were born a literal 1/10, there's only only so much facial surgery can do to bump your score by a few points, it still wouldn't be enough. If you were born a 5/10 low-tier normie, you could easily become a 7-8/10 if you can afford the procedures and ascend. Also ignore the retards here that believes in sub8 rule, they are volcels/mentalcels
