In my option, it has to do with washing hair. I use to shampoo the shit out of my hair with head and shoulders. just caused it to get dry. eventually, i came across youtubers saying don't shampoo at all. . Gave it a try and feel it's improved the hair well. less dandruff, less dry, can grow it out if i wanted.
