That's some mid/late 90's screamo/emo violence, I love this genre but not an expert on it unfortunately
You can start by checking out bands like Saetia or Moss Icon and see similar bands, though it would be easier to figure out the lyrics of this one and google it

Oh and by the way it's not necessarily a 90's song. Some modern screamo (the actual screamo, also known as skramz) bands aim to recreate this aesthetic specifically so they make their sound old and raw on purpose. Like with black metal
