I have. It's a fairly enjoyable and easy read. There's a some things in it I prefer over the movie. For example, Alex instead of having sex with jbs he met at a music store, lures girls into his room by promising them food and rapes them. Although, I personally wouldn't rape children (feds leave me alone) I enjoy what this adds to Alex's character. It shows there are no lines he won't cross in regards to taboos.
Another thing I preferred over the movie was the scene where Alex undergoes his "treatment." In the movie, Alex is shown videos of national socialists marching, which I always found very cringeworthy. In the book, Alex is shown footage of Japanese torture and other violent videos, such as a sharp object I can't remember the name of being forced into someone's eyeball.
Stanley Kubrick changed it because it was "too violent and disturbing" for audiences. Imo it's more likely he changed it because he's a jew and wanted to play victim. (Still a good movie)
Anyways, I'd strongly suggest that you read A Clockwork Orange if you enjoy books. You can find a free PDF online pretty easily.
