Just want to see who here does it. I want to get into lucid dreaming obviously because I want to have sex in a dream. The problem however is that people tend to wake up when they try it and it takes lots of practice in order to do it successfully.

Very rarely i dream about my oneitis. She's talking to me pleasantly etc. These are my happiest dreams.

I tried it, got a few lucid moments, but staying in dream while being lucid is so hard and takes alot of practice.
My sleep scheldule is too messed up at the moment, but I would recommend it to everyone. Getting lucid is an amazing experience.

wtf does this have to do with lucid dreaming, bruv?

I can barely remember a normal dream let alone induce a lucid one

It's all just practice.
Remembering dreams is something you can learn.

i can never do it except sometimes taking allergy medication triggers it

How though? I’ve tried taking melatonin, I’ve tried writing down my dreams as soon as i wake up (didn’t work cuz didn’t remember anything) I’ve tried thinking hard about a scenario before sleep

Almost every time i had a sleep paralysis it turned into a lucid dreaming. Had sex in it and it felt like real tbh. But scary af at same time

You basically already said the steps.
- thinking about remembering the dream before falling asleep
- writing into your dream diary immediatly after waking up
- using substances (melatoning / 5htp)
- having a proper sleep schedule

You can try: set your alarm 1 hour before you have to get up. My dreams are way more vivid after I wake up and go back to sleep.

Will try this out thanks

I can do it to a limited degree. If something especially bad happens in a dream, I can sometimes "reset" it like restoring a save in a video game. I don't have full control over the dream - I can't, for example, set up sex scenarios in the dream, but I can reset it and get a better outcome than I got the first time through. So if I'm being bullied or attacked or something, I can reset and avoid that.

How did I acquire this skill? I don't know exactly. Possibly just by thinking about it a lot while awake. I do write down some dreams - particularly vivid ones. And I recommend that to everyone because years later you can go back and remember some wild dream you had forgotten about. Maybe I just thought about dreams so much that some of that carried over into the dream state and I realized in the dream that I was dreaming. And then, the "power" that I got in the dream is related to all the video games I play.
