Anyone else who is unable to laugh?

I know it sounds weird, but it feels like I can't REALLY laugh at all.
Everytime when some shitty coworker or whoever makes a "funny" joke I have to set up a fake smile.
EVEN when I see very funny memes or jokes in the internet I don't have to laugh (even though I think it's funny).

I also wasn't born like this, can humans unlearn specific social reactions?
