When I applied for a job there I explained to them (boss and supervisors) in advance that I come with my own issues, such as depression and apparently autism, according to three different therapists.
I told them this so they wouldn't be surprised by strange behaviour that seems normal to me.

My boss is very satisfied with my work and work ethic. My autism actually helps me to be extra anal about accuracy as wel as quality and quantity.
At work I am more like a machine, less like a human.
I can't help it.
