It doesn't matter that 96% of the victims of police killings are men, and that white men are like 30% of the US population but make up around 45% of those killed by police, so an overreprenation. If anything police killings should be a mens rights issue, given even black women are rarely killed. But that doesn't matter, when you see white women protesting, their not protesting police (or maybe their protesting that their aren't enough women in law enforcmenet) their protesting white male power. It's honestly hilarious the riots have gone on so long in Portland. I honestly think it's because such a large share of the rioters are as you described, white women. They probably also come from well off households. No country wants to be seen as brutalizing their women , and white ones are at the top of the totem pole. It sort of ties the hands of the law enforcement. The recent ones in Kenosha seem like a tossup ethnicity wise though. I always wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest because of its nice geography and climate, but I guess that won't be any time soon...
