It's weird, I sleep 8 hours a day or more, I eat a lot, I lay in bed ALL day just doing fuck all on my laptop. And yet I'm still very tired. I wake up tired and all throughout the day I'm tired.

It gets even worse when I have to go to uni. Like 4 hours of classes, just sitting my ass on a bench, and my whole body is fucked. My back hurts, my heart is racing and irregular, my feet feel weird like I have diabetes or some shit. And some other stuff I forgot.

I'm almost sleepy yet I can't sleep. Though since I was a kid I had trouble sleeping, never ever could sleep during the day. But sleep wouldn't do me any good, I wake up tired too. I even took cold showers for a few days and that didn't do anything, 5 minutes later I'm tired again.

Say my name.
Also if you lay in bed/use computer all day youll be braintired which leads to being physically tired.

I am always tired and lethargic. I never really have energy to do anything. I guess that's what happens if you have nothing to live for

I can't focus on anything due to being tired all the time. It may be because I'm low IQ. Even when I write this, I feel tired.

Does low IQ make you tired? I think it's the opposite, low IQ people are athletic thugs or just beasts who work all day and are content to just eat, crap and have sex.

Yes for the past 10 years.

gets worse every day. Today i slept for 18 hours. Was very hard to get out as i have no reason but it was uncomfortable to be dehydrated

I think it does because I have low IQ and I have no energy to do anything it feels like hell, all I can really do is LDAR and cope on incels.co. Even if I tried to work on something I'd fail(acutally I've tried studymaxxing but got nothing in return) because my brain in dull mode all the time. I don't know how can I fix this either. I think I'm gonna continue to be the same loser until I eventually die.

Eating a lot will essentially make you tired, because you're placing work on your body. Also less phsyical movement is relatively linked to atrophy, and not just that you will become mentally tired as well as physically.

I don't know what foods you're eating nor how many calories but certain foods take longer time to digest than others

IQ is not related to being tired or being active, though I see the "assumed" correlation.

I also find myself yawning constantly. In the past I used to be extremely tired as I only slept for about 5-6 hours

I feel exhausted everyday not sure why

yeah I sleep 10 hours a night plus 2 in the afternoon and I'm still tired as fuck

you likely have some vitamin deficiency or hormonal problem

Im the same way tbh, even if I get up to do something I will just randomly stop doing whatever Im doing and go lay in my bed and nap for like an hour or two

My sleep schedule is fucked, Im somehow constantly tired and sleepy due to being super sad

I think your issue is much more than just being tired. I used to be this way all the time too. I would wake up after like 7-8 hours of sleep and I wouldn't have the energy to do anything at all. I'd just laze around my apartment, going from my bed to the couch and then back to bed again to get some sleep. Every day was the same cycle of being tired and sleeping. I got really frustrated and so I got a sleep tracker to see how much sleep I was actually getting. I found out that I wasn't 'completing' my sleep cycles and so I would wake up tired. I would recommend that you start tracking your sleep too so you know if your sleep quality is good enough to get you through the day.

Once I found out about my interrupted sleep issue I started taking melatonin supplements. It safe doesn't really affect your natural melatonin production so feel free to give it a go. I feel like this helped me in waking up with the energy and motivation to actually be stick to a routine. I stopped tracking my sleep after a while but I still take the supplements like two hours before bed and I wake up pretty well rested. You might want to check sleep tracking and melatonin out bc your situation reminds me of my sleep issues.
Good luck.

Yeah I’m extremely tired all the time. I think it’s one of the primary reasons to my inceldom. My body just isn’t functioning like it should and I’ve always had significantly less energy than my peers.

It's the combination of lingering depression, shitty genetics and lifestyle what makes you feel like a 80 years old.

Not all the time but most of the time

Having sex could elevate your mood.
Oh wait...
