No matter how hard I try to put emotion into my tone when talking to people I just can't do it.

I just have a monotone tone when speaking. LIKE HOW TF DO I CHANGE IT?

I have a mellow voice that doesn't have much emotion to it

Yeah, I have a major monotone also.

People have literally told me they can tell I'm autistic by my voice tone, even a former foid therapist I had said so.

Brutal.

Do you think I might have autism? (At least from what you can tell by my posts and the way I act in them?)

Autism moment

i have an extremley monotone voice naturally but i learnt how to change it and now i can speak like a normshit on command

I thought you said you did?
I don't have a diagnosis but I highly suspect I do have it.

I'd get an assessment if it wasn't 1-2 thousand dollars

How'd you do it?

It comes quite naturally to me, probably 'cause curries tend to modulate their voices a lot when speaking
