Anyone else have a laughably bad side profile?

I took a moment to record myself and just try to give myself a decent rating but holy shit. My neck is so fucking budged onwards I look like a giraffe, my nose covers most of my cranium and it's not even hooked or anything, just unnaturally large. And I have chubby cheeks that fully drown out anything I might have. My skull shape looks like someone photoshopped a squish effect.

I had no idea how bad it was.
