I'd just be joking and then it'd be like "ZOMFG CHILL", at that point I would just settle into a silence until it left the chat. Though I had much better and intriguing conversations with the males of the guild when the foid was away, foids literally turn communities upside down.
I think the community even acknowledges this, one guide about guilds stated you should be wary of the foid in a guild, as they can terminate you at any time by complaining.
