LDAR Anyone else has a stiff jaw

My jaw muscles feels very stiff all the time. I have noticed this for many years and I think it has gotten worse as recently I have noticed during some exercises my jaw will become even more stiff, and in general I just notice the stiffness more.

I used to have this problem but it randomly disappeared a long time ago.
