Anyone else find it ironic how Bryan Johnson and his son do everything in their power to look/feel younger but look their age?

Kind of crazy how both Bryan Johnson and his son, Talmage do almost everything in the power to be/appear younger but both appear roughly their age. Talmage , who is around 20, looks older for his age and his dad, Bryan, who is 47 looks about his age.
