Yes, when I was going through puberty I had relationship with a video game character in a DS Metal Slug game. It had a challenge mode with a girl that praised you whenever you completed challenges. If you completed all the challenges (it was hard as fuck) she would be practically drooling over you and ask to marry you.

It was good motivation for a 14 year old kid to complete video game challenges, but I’ll never have a real relationship like that.
