anyone else find it nearly impossible to find things enjoyable, find it impossible to smile or find stuff fun, find it impossible to get too involved in something without just ldaring?

My annoying ass mom always ask me "is something wrong" because I always am blank with no emotion and don't really respond to small talk bullshit "i went on a walk today". pretty sure this is from being KHHV but wonder if anyone else here is like this too
