I lived for like 5 years alone and then my mothers maintenance charge went up to like 1300 and she couldn't afford to live alone anymore so I moved back with her. It sucks but could be worse. I guess I'm saving money by splitting the maintenance charge with her. Living alone nowadays is kind of a luxury. Less and less people can afford to pay a rent alone and even less people can afford to buy an actual apartment alone.

My dad reached the point of accepting that I'm sleeping with my dolls and plushie princesses, a few days ago he caught me kissing one and I felt scared as fuck that he maybe would take them away from me like he did years ago with my MLP plushies yet he just said " just need some glue don't mind me" and went out of the room closing the door very slowly, like he knows that I'm fucking my princess plush but be doesn't care anymore

Alone, of course... I enjoy solitude, but normal people go with the usual get a girlfriend -> rent a flat together -> get a mortgage -> buy a house.
None of the above happened to me. Atleast I own the fucking place, with zero debt.
Location is the balkans btw, if that matters. If it wasn't for my financial awareness early on, I'd still live with my parents of course.
