Also in the gym I use to ask females when they are done with the equipment or ask how many sets they got left but since my anxiety got worse I just wait Till their done like a cuck  because I'm scared to interact

I'm going to give you some unconventional advice. You need to remember how easily you could crush these whores with your bare hands. Dead serious, this is one of the ways I learned to cope with my anxiety. Anytime I feel intimidated by a female, I think about putting her in a coma and it goes away. In general I'm much more relaxed/confident in social situations if I fantasize about murdering the people I'm talking to. This trick has actually helped me to succeed at things I once thought were impossible (e.g. job interviews, driving tests, presentations at school, going out alone). It may not work for you, but it's an idea.
