5. Sun exposure
6. Stay away from plastic in food and cosmetics. It leeches into food, drink, or cosmetics and kills your T. Eat, drink, and store food in glass, wood, or stainless steel. The least toxic plastics are 2, 4, and 5.
7. Only cook with stainless steel or carbon steel cookware. Teflon and whatnot has highly toxic, bio-persistent chemicals. Metals like aluminum and copper can give you metal poisoning.
8. Purify your water
9. Get an air purifier
10. Don't use any cosmetics or home products containing phthalates, parabens, sulfates, fragrance/pafum, lavender, tea tree, etc etc. There's a shit ton. Do a bit of research. Dr. Shanna Swan and Dr Anthony Jay are good resources.
