When I get obsessed / infatuated with a girl, it's very hard for me to let go. I think about her every day and even long after any interaction with the person in question ended. I tend to gather every bit and piece of information I can find about the girl. It has brought a lot of infelicity to me. But I consider it an unhealthy expression of an otherwise healthy and natural monogamy.
Is there someone here that can empathize?

I don't actually stalk her but when my bluepilled brain crushes on someone I can't stop thinking about her and seeing her talk to other men even in a friendly context makes me very jealous and angers me

I remember when I was at peak obsession with my oneitis a year and a half ago I would hide behind a tree outside her house when she was leaving for school in the morning and watch her.

I stopped after she got a boyfriend because I assumed she wasn't a virgin anymore.
