I really quite badly want to quit at this point. It's gotten to where I can't do anything for more than like half an hour without lighting up a cigarette. I feel good after I've slept and don't even want one, but like a retarded monkey, I light up anyway and start the vicious cycle over again.
It's no longer a good coping mechanism I've realized, it's literally nothing but a burden now. It's always made looksmaxxing and wageslaving nearly impossible, and now it's ruining the hobbies I like such as going on long nature walks.
