My hand's aren't small per se: 8.5 inch length, 10ish inch breadth, but I have fucking bony and long fingers.

It looks like I have Arachnodactyly, and being quite honest, I might.

Combine this with my tiny 7 inch wrists, and I end up looking like this if I wear a short-sleeve shirt.
