I need help guys I'm having issues here

I fuck with roon player, I also fuck with hqplayer as well, mainly because it would be the ultimate audio setup. both of them are currently available on rutracker and can be installed.

my issue is fucking with them can be problematic, for instance, I'm having an issue fucking with dsd1024 playback, roon doesn't fuck with my dsd1024 files as it shows "audio format or stream unsupported" wtf nigga, I already have added hqplayer and it can be seen below devices in the audio section so I have no clue why it's not fucking with hqplayer or the dsd1024 files, as well as not showing hqplaer in the stream.
none of this shit happens with dsd512, so there is definitely something I'm missing here.

Moreover, hqplayer client does seem to recognize the dsfs of the 1024 files but when it plays them back it's all fucking jitter and cpu is maxxed out.
my fucking neutron mp on my fucking $350 piece of shit phone can decode, handle and downsample dsd1024 without issues, there is no way both of these softwares which cost like a grand cannot.


I suppose this is a broke ass gopnik modding/patching issue and the only way is to pay a grand to play music, we can't fuck with nice things in life because these niggers want us to pay a grand to listen to some decent quality music

turns out (T)roon player doesn't even support adding any format that is above dsd512
apologies for hqplayer niggers, fuck them still because it's jittery and the performance is garbage at best

Alright Jriver is way better, like the UI and UX is just miles ahead, resource use is too little as well and overall it's just way more efficient.

that's a fucking disappointment since it's only third of hqplayer's price (from my perpsective idgaf because I got them both from torrenting) but with a caveat, it doesn't have as much as 10% of filter and modulation options as hqplayer.
and hqplayer upsamples higher (1.536M)
but Gayriver is way too quick in decodes tbh, handles and buffers almost like magic, which is exactly what I want.

I'm thinking of switching to hqplayer instead of gaypd for linux as well and I will definitely waste my time tomorrow on this

sticking with gaypd and ymuse, no dsd1024 or fancy stuff on Lin00x but that's not a big sacrifice when I have dualbooted win11 with jriver I guess
