I want to start myself. I just have a hard time getting the calories I actually need to grow (Aiming for 3500, but fuck me if it's not hard to fit in a day for someone with my appetite).

Any advice ?

I want to start for my own benefits, too. When I did hit the gym, I felt weak compared to everyone around me, and the progress was so slow.

It's overrated, so don't buy more than a month. Most people here gymcel early or late when it's dead. I only do it to compensate for LDARing or else I'd be some frail whale.

Laying around does make you feel like shit.

3500 calories seems a bit much for someone who is new to working out. Even with a decent metabolism, you're probably just going to get fat unless you're really active.

Then you gave it your best at least. For a lot of people, going from like 15% body fat to 10% makes a huge difference, as long as their bones are good enough. It can be the difference between someone being a 5 and 6.5.

I'm dropping weight at the moment but will be gyming soon. I may just set up a routine at home to drop more weight in the meantime. I travel a lot and having one more place to go to would suck. But, I must. Standards are so high for stacies these days. LOL and people say women have to watch their figure. Maybe for uberchad but almost any overweight foid can catch some dick. If they have a cute face they have near Stacy levels of smv. It's absurd.

At least you know that gymcelling will work for you, as you had success with the ladies when you were low body fat, so that has to be a huge motivating factor.

Oh of course, although it will still be a struggle to score something decent. Foids 1 to 2 points below me will be relatively easy, however. Securing a LTR will still be difficult, too. I'm actually hooking up right now, but with a low smv foid (obese and not very attractive) but I'd consider her to be around my looksmatch right now. It took me like 30 approaches to secure. All done online, I find it less nerve wracking and you know they are interested when they chat with you. In real life I get a lot of false yes' due to my copefident puhrsunaletee.

The fact that attractive wymyn have tried to put the moves on you solidifies this in my opinion. I rarely get approached, it's only when I'm at the top of my game and then it's usually low smv wymyn. 4-5s, I'd say.

I'll definitely give it a go when I've dieted down in 3-4 months from now. I know it's probably stupid to wait for looksmaxing to take place, but it's sort of a mental thing for me, I kind of have to be the perfect version of myself and I'm not that right npw at 20ish body fat.

I'm not very picky, I'd easy fuck a 3/10 overweight girl.

Yeah, just follow your plan. If you're cool with dating down you can gain tons of experience. 

I used to think this way, too, but said fuck it because I wanted some pussy and didn't really care who it came from lol. 

If you've got visible muscles and are in good shape you're good to go, imo. Stressing over body fat percentage at that point is just an obstacle you've created in your own mind. You need to cultivate game. But, by all means follow your plan if you believe it'll prepare you mentally. 

Just sort things sooner than later because you'll get the highest smv foids you can whilst young. Then in your 30s you'll be able to score 20 year olds. This foid I'm talking with is 10 years younger than me lol. But I'll smash almost anything, including a 50 year old one time lol.

Reasons why I gymcel:
- Physical health obviously
- Mental health, it actually improves thinking
- Functional strength, it's just nice to feel strong
- It's something to do and it's nice to have goals
- Other guys respect me when I'm not skeletor

I only do it at home though, mainy calisthenics, stretching and swimming. I just got some gymnastics rings that I wanna try out.

dont buy into bullshit of weightgainers, they are just 90% of primal carbs

for much cheaper price u can eat some biscuits and it will provide same gain to u

and rather start smaller, dont put too big goals or ull fall off the consistency, try to eat 2-3 times a day and grow from there

Roids are cheaper than most non-functional bullshit weight gainers.

One other tip: don't fuck around with free weights if you're a noob, the machines are good enough to hit all of the muscle groups. You start doing deadlifts as a noob you're probably doing them wrong and wasting time and getting ready for an injury. Free weights are so you can load more plates on a bar. Until you can max out that fly machine ans chest press machine, don't waste time. 

Except shitty curl machines, they fucking blow, do bb curls and hammer curls. Oh and only work out left forearm to balance out our sore realities.

You can make your own shake if you want to. Mix a lot of milk, oats, peanut butter and whey protein together and drink that shit everyday. You can put other stuff into it if you like as long as its rich in calories it will help. Starting strength is ok but I would do more volume. You better be doing mobility work too if your form is shit. If you cant eat enough everday try to eat at least a bit more few hours before you go to the gym, this can help a lot.
