Bad frame is a meme until you really tried. One month ago I was on the verge of stopping gymcelling because "muh frame don't change". But actually, I was just under training.
Now that I changed my way of training (more series, more intensivity, less rest between series, more precise muscle target) my shoulders are becoming wider (I'm not inventing it, my dad who never compliments me for anything actually told me spontaneously that he could see a difference on my upper body).
You don't even need to go to the gym or have sophisticated machines btw. I gymcel at home and merely use body wait and barbell.
