Most shonen is fucking terrible anyway. Dragon Ball and Hunter X Hunter are a couple of exceptions.
Manwhas are usually the most blackpilled when it comes to look/status, shit there must be brutal as hell. Only thing i read that was somewhat blackpilled was lookism.

Nah, none which go all the way. You can find some indirect acknowledgements of the BP everywhere you go, since it's such an obvious, inescapable part of being human, but it's never allowed to see the light in it's entirety.
"Tower of God" has an intentionally ugly character, but it's a girl, she isn't really ugly by objective standards (at least at the start of the story) and looks aren't the absolute focus. There is also nothing about the innate inequality between man and woman in terms of baseline desirability.
"Lookism" is about the effect of looks on your quality of life at first (before shifting the focus towards martial arts and fighting), but it revolves around bullying and poverty more than sexual and romantic impoverishment.
If you want a true pro-incel story, you will have to write it yourself.
