Venting Anxiety when seeing attractive (enough) women

I was a very shy teenager, so I wasn't able to approach women at that time because I got really anxious. This has been a really bad setback, but I somewhat got past it in my 20s. One thing that has actually helped me with it was drinking, and not therapy. And over time I was able to approach women with less and less alcohol in my blood. Problem is that without alcohol all those rejections affected me and over I lifetime they add up a lot.

So here I am today, a wizard. I am able to have conversations with women, yet that anxiety has come back worse. Sometimes I even have chest pain when I see women I find attractive. My body has created an aversive reaction to them. It's like I have PSTD from the interactions I had with them.

Stuff like this is the evil they bring upon us. And the don't care about the damage. Foids destroy lives.

I honestly cannot deal with foids either. Trick is I just don't whenever possible. The only possible outcome for an incel is negative. The number of times toilets have even treated me halfway decent (meaning not outright malicious or thinnly veiled) I can count on one hand.

Definitely a defense mechanism created from past trauma and the anti-male culture we have in place today. I'd like to be indifferent, but even at 30+ I have high libido.

Ye it is tricky. If you're in the US, I would recommend visiting a "psychiatrist" NP since they're more likely to prescribe medications off the whazoo. They'll probably give you an inventory assessment at which point you can answer logically to get placed into severe anxiety domains or what not and go on from there. May have to go a few times before you get a benzo and not some SNRI or something else. I did the same to get adderall.

Mine it's not severe though. It's a feeling like something bad is going to happen with a physical manifestation. I'm not in the US too. Here psych med are the most protected.
